On February 14 this year, ALsports made an institutional visit to the Training Center of Porangabuçu and Vozão City, facilities of the Ceará Sport Club for activities back to the professional and basic categories. The visit promoted the meeting with soccer coordinator of the alvinegro club, Armando Desessards, and the manager Alessandro Queiroz. “The experience was very interesting. It is vital to promote these meetings to align future partnerships with clubs, “said our middleman Arthur Lobo. According to him, Vozão is a model club in the national scenario and its structure is among the best in the country. “Ceará offers an excellent structure for its employees. Undoubtedly, it is a reference for the region and will certainly continue to reap the rewards of safe and professional management. The good results obtained inside the field, is the reflection of the work executed outside it “.
With the Formador Club Certificate (CCF), alvinegro from Ceará owns not only one but two training centers. This allows the youngsters to train exclusively in the Vozão City, which currently has a capacity of 76 athletes housed – more than 200 are passing daily. Already the professional cast carries out its activities in the CT of Porangabuçu. In all, there are 19 apartments, three football fields, medical department, psychology center, gym, cafeteria and state of the art equipment. Investments throughout its structure follow the growth pace of the club’s sporting performance.
Another highlight during the visit was the meeting with management and finance executive alvinegro Lisarb Monteiro, who took very good care of our representative Arthur. “It was a time of great learning. Certainly one of the highlights of the trip, “said the middleman. We would like to congratulate the club for the excellent work structure it offers its employees and to thank President Robinson de Castro in particular. We wish you a great season!
